Mike Morris:

Mike was part of the writing team for Dockers (Channel 4 1999), and a director and producer of the ground-breaking documentary, Liverpool’s Cunard Yanks (Granada TV, 2008).

He studied for an MA in writing at Liverpool John Moore’s University and is a founder member and now Project Manager for Liverpool’s award-winning Writing on the Wall Festival.

Steve Higginson:

Steve Higginson is a researcher, writer and cultural commentator, well known in Liverpool for publishing Edgy Cities and Liverpool 1911 – Rhythms that Carry. Steve was also the inspiration behind, and researcher for the documentary Liverpool’s Cunard Yanks (Granada TV, 2008).

Steve worked in the Post Office and was a CWU trade union officia representing  Liverpool postal workers. He is a TUC tutor and also works with the Liverpool ADHD Group, Ladders of Life, for whom he also lectures.
